Redditch Grinding and Profiling Ltd (RGP) offer precision flame cut blanks from our CNC multiheaded cutting machines. Profiling any shape from material 6.00mm to 450mm thick for either a one-off requirement or batch quantities. We also offer a JIT (Just in Time) service. Our experienced ISO 9001 accredited team offer a flexible and speedy turn-round on all orders from our central location in Redditch.
ln addition to the profiling, we also offer in-house full Rotary and Reciprocating Lumsden surface grinding. This produces a smooth finish on flat surfaces and a precise thickness to any given profile or shape up to a diameter of 3050mm and 450mm thick. We do offer our grinding services as a stand-alone service to other manufacturers.
As Part of the Rutilus Group of Companies we have the resource we can offer the complete metal fabrication service from start to finish including sourcing raw materials, shot blasting, drilling and fabrication services for a genuine “One Stop Shop” option for our clients and are happy to quote for projects large or small.
